In case of cancellation made during the below-mentioned period before the check-in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the check-in date – 100% refund to the Guest.
- Cancellation before 15 days prior to the check-in date – 50 % refund (assuming the total amount has been paid)
- Cancellation on or 14 days of check-in date – No refund to the guest.
Please Note:- For PEAK SEASON date bookings done will be non cancellable & non-refundable.

• Visitors are not allowed.
• Quiet hrs. after 10:00 PM till 08:00 AM • No Smoking inside the villa.
• No Parties and Events
• No decoration is allowed on the wall
• No Hukka & Barbeque
• We have a strict no-drug policy (if found in possession of and using any sort of drug will be asked to vacate the Villa immediately)
• Make use of the dustbin, do not litter
• IDs of all the guests are compulsory.
• Do not damage the property, as the security deposit is at risk.
